Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by Cor Stellaris LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of our products. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Some of our products offer paid subscription plans. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with service operations, using the service for illegal purposes, or reverse-engineering our software.

4. Intellectual Property

Our products, including all code, designs, and documentation, are owned by Cor Stellaris LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for its intended purpose.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all designs, data, and content you create using our products. We do not claim any rights to your content. We will not share, sell, or use your content for purposes other than providing the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cor Stellaris LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our products. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
